Congratulations to Sarah, Grant and Charlotte - more of your Greene&Co negotiators qualified with the NAEA!
13th June 2008
It’s a very exciting week at Greene & Co as 3 more members of the team pass their NAEA qualifications.
Sarah Webber in the lettings department at Maida Vale, Grant Bates in the sales department at Urban Spaces and Charlotte Herman, in the sales department at West Hampstead are now all qualified estate agents.

Grant looked quite relieved to be honest on his return to the office earlier today… “I’m extremely happy that my hard work has paid off. I’ve learnt a lot through the process and definitely feel it will help me in my day-to-day job selling,” said Grant.
All Greene&Co negotiators are asked to sit for their National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) qualifications upon joining the company.
The qualification with the National Association of Estate Agents is a nationally recognised, proven standard of competence in Estate Agency.
Charlotte who passed her exams on the first attempt will receive a £250 bonus from the company for her efforts. “I’m really excited that I can finally put the MNAEA qualification on my business card! It’s a fantastic achievement and I’m really proud to have passed the exams on my first attempt.”
Not only is every manager in Greene & Co qualified, but also a lot of our staff. We go out of our way to actively encourage every member of staff to sit these qualification examinations. And as you’ve read above in Charlotte’s case, we pay them to do so!
Greene & Co care greatly about the integrity and reputation of the company, grown through sheer hard work of its employees. And we care about the level of professionalism we convey to our customers. We really try to provide a service that is second to none. We feel that having qualified negotiators helps to ensure this.
